Choose a note category for your snippet, such as "Patient Note," "Communication," or "Educational." Select a snippet title that is concise and tailored to your preferences. Make it easy to remember. Add the content for your snippet, ensuring it adheres to your employer's and practice standards. Enclosing text in "[ ]" will make it dynamic, enabling you to modify it in the Snippet Text Editor before copying it. After creating your snippet, submit to save for future reference. You can access your created snippets in the "My Snippets" section within your account navigation bar.
